July 4th weekend

July 6, 2011 § Leave a comment

Last weekend was a perfect weekend. Hung out with my love, ate lots of good food, spent some time with family, caught a ball game, watched fireworks, and learned about animals and science! It was too good, which makes this week back at work super hard. We spent our time between Oakland and San Francisco as Drew’s Aunt Karen let us stay at her house for the weekend (Thanks, Karen!) Aunt Nancy took us to an A’s game, which also had fireworks! We got ice cream twice! at Humphry Slocombe because the secret breakfast was just too darn good! Went back to our favorite sushi place, Tataki. And spent all day at the super fun California academy of sciences. Had the most quintessential July 4th ever with a parade and BBQ.  Seriously, I think we might have to move up here after we graduate.
